Joybringers is a faith-based leadership service organization that exists to see people in families and affinities transformed from disempowerment to maximum fruitfulness, from poverty to exponential productivity.

To see people and communities transformed through character, skill, and entrepreneurial development. Through leader development, leadership development, and leading for results. We aim to move people from a mindset of survival to service, a mindset of rights and entitlements to ownership, responsibility, and accountability. We seek to help people move from employment to a deployment mindset. We assist people in discovering their giftedness through character training, refining their gifts by skill training, and deploying their talents to serve others through entrepreneurship training.
